Account deletion

Delete your SolarMax Club account

You can delete your account and associated data at any time using either method below. Deletion is permanent — remaining points are forfeited, so withdraw or redeem them first.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open the SolarMax Club app and log in
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account
  4. Confirm — your account is scheduled for deletion immediately

Option 2 — By email

Email support@solarmaxclub.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted, and when

  • Deleted immediately: profile details, identity documents, proof images, notification history, and login credentials.
  • Retained up to 90 days: encrypted backups, purged on their normal rotation.
  • Retained as required by law: financial transaction records (top-ups and payouts) kept in anonymized form for audit and tax compliance.
