Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the SolarMax Club mobile application and web dashboard (the "Service"), operated by SolarMax. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be suspended and their points voided.

2. Reward points

• Points are awarded for verified actions: product installations, referrals, and completed tasks.
• All submissions are reviewed by our team. We may reject submissions that are incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent.
• Points have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved, and are not transferable between accounts.
• Conversion rates between points and rupees are set by SolarMax and may change with notice in the app.

3. Referrals

• Referral bonuses apply only to genuine new users who register with your code.
• Self-referrals, incentivized fake signups, or automated registration are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of points and possible account termination.

4. Wallet, top-ups, and withdrawals

• Wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe. Top-up amounts convert to points at the rate shown at the time of purchase.
• Withdrawals convert points to rupees at the rate shown at the time of request and are paid to the bank account or mobile wallet you specify.
• Withdrawals are subject to review and daily limits, and are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
• We may withhold or reverse payouts connected to fraudulent activity.

5. Installer and Dealer status

• Applying for Installer or Dealer status requires identity and business verification (KYC).
• Verified status may be revoked for misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload false proof images, manipulate metadata, or misrepresent installations.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content you upload

You retain ownership of images and text you submit. You grant SolarMax a license to store, review, and process them for the purpose of operating the rewards program.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see our account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; forfeited fraudulent points are not paid out.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarMax is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
